am I?

I move between Los Angeles, Bangkok, and an expanding map of conversations. I am interested in how a useful idea becomes a system, how technology can make wellness more personal, and how genuine relationships create opportunities that no algorithm can manufacture.

This journal is the connective tissue. It is where I document the businesses I am building, the tools I am testing, the places shaping my perspective, and the people who remind me that progress should still feel human.
