TOON speaking on the OTG Success Summit 2026 stage before a large audience

Create · Field note 01

Create
more choice.

My journey from engineer and corporate professional to global entrepreneur—and the lessons I’m still learning about skills, community, flexibility, and building across borders.

The turning point

I wasn’t trying to escape work.
I wanted more room to live.

I began in engineering and corporate life—a path built around precision, responsibility, and doing the work well. It gave me discipline. It also made me ask a different question: could I build a professional life with more flexibility, more human connection, and a wider view of the world?

Entrepreneurship became my answer—not as an overnight transformation, but as a long practice of learning to communicate, lead, teach, and help other people see possibility in themselves.

From one conversation to a bigger room

The stage is not the destination.

Speaking to an audience of 1,500–2,000 people is powerful, but the real work happens before and after the lights: listening, preparing, mentoring, following up, and helping someone take a thoughtful first step.

I use the stage to make experience useful—to turn years of trial, change, and international business building into ideas another person can understand.

01

Create flexibility.

Develop digital, communication, and leadership skills that can travel with you—without pretending that freedom appears without consistent work.

02

Create a platform.

Give ordinary people a place to learn, practice, contribute, and grow—regardless of age, race, language, nationality, or previous business experience.

03

Create across borders.

Build international relationships through curiosity, cultural respect, shared education, and the belief that good ideas become stronger when more voices shape them.

Teach what you learn

Confidence is built in the room.

Large stages can inspire. Smaller training rooms are where questions become conversations and ideas become practice. I teach from lived experience, simplify what once felt complicated, and help people discover a way of working that feels authentic to them.

A platform for people

Different stories.
Shared momentum.

I want to create a community of digital entrepreneurs who learn from one another and build with more confidence. Not everyone begins with the same language, network, experience, or resources. What matters is the willingness to learn and the generosity to help someone else grow.

These are not stock images of “success.” They are real rooms, real collaborators, and real moments from the work.

The next conversation

differently?

You do not need to arrive with a perfect plan. Start with a question, explore the way I work, and decide whether the conversation is useful for you.
